The L.A. City Attorney determined that there wasn’t enough evidence to charge the 20 year-old with a misdemeanour, regarding the a women who accused him of attempting to steal her cell phone.
Justin Bieber is going to be facing no charges after he allegedly tried to steal a women’s cell phone.
The Los Angeles city attorney decided Monday there is “a lack of evidence” to prosecute the singer for attempted robbery regarding the an argument with a woman at a miniature golf park recently.
Since then, the case was delivered to the City Attorney to determine if a misdemeanour charge might be handed to Bieber, but on Monday (June 16th) the decission was taken that there isn’t enough evidence to aid the accusations. Read more…
