The Avengers 2 Confirmed Release Date

The Avengers 2 has been allotted a US release date, with the superhero sequel set to land in Stateside cinemas on 1 May 2015, with a UK release likely to fill a similar slot.

The wording from the statement specifically mentioning because the end date of his exclusive agreement means The Avengers 2 is releasing that month, or like several of the Iron Man films and also the first Avengers, will be starting off the summer blockbuster season in May 2015 based on screenrant.

While the nitty gritty details of Joss Whedon’s three-year cope with Marvel Studios haven’t yet been revealed, as soon as the news broke he would writing and directing The Avengers 2, we knew precisely what that meant.

The latest in the line of Marvel comics adapted for that big screen, “Guardians of the Galaxy” follows an odd number of heroes as they fight to save the world.

While the new trailer doesn’t add much detail of the movie’s plot, it certainly sets up the seemingly unlikely team – the Guardians of the Galaxy – as well as their great responsibility, with all of the action and adventure that can be expected from the superhero pic.

There are summer event movies, after which there’s “Guardians Of The Galaxy,” which within the light of the drama around “Ant-Man,” might be one of the few times we’ll see Marvel really take a costly risky gamble. But at the same time, this is a smart studio discussion how to sell the impossible, so that as we get closer to the release of the film, it’s looking increasingly more like a sure thing. Read more…
